Trinity Church to Hold Special Event on 9/11
On the tenth anniversary of the 9/11 attack, a local church will hold an event called Forever Remember 9/11. Trinity Church is holding the event at 10 a.m. on Sunday, September 11, at United Spirit Arena.
“At this event, we’re going to not only remember victims with a moment of silence, but we’re also going to honor our first responders here in Lubbock for the selfless sacrifice they bring to the table and their jobs everyday,” pastor Cody Winkler told KFYO.
The event is free. Everyone in the area is invited.
