A third person has been arrested in connection with a shooting over the weekend that left one man dead.

Lubbock Police responded to shots fired at the Skool House night club at 1702 East 4th Street just after 4 a.m. Sunday, and officers found Christopher Ayers laying on the ground. Multiple suspects fled the scene on foot in different directions.

Ayers was pronounced dead at University Medical Center.

Treyci K’shon Neece was arrested by Lubbock Police on Tuesday. The 17-year-old Neece has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and is being held on $250,000 bond.

Nineteen-year-olds Shaquille Cofer and Jaquan Ward have been arrested and charged with murder in the shooting. They are being held on $500,000 bond.
