Today is National Hamburger Day

Over the weekend, people all over the United States grilled out for Memorial Day. Most likely, one of the most popular choices for the grill was a good old fashioned hamburger. Today you have yet another excuse to indulge in a greasy burger as today is National Hamburger Day.

How did National Hamburger Day begin? As the Houston Chronicle points out, no one really knows but it's a nice day to have. If you miss out on celebrating today, National Cheeseburger Day is on September 18 and National Hamburger Day Part II is on December 21.
