Tips For Eating Healthy At That Christmas Party
It's that time of year when many of us will be attending Christmas parties thrown by friends, co-workers, and loved ones. While the urge to eat everything in sight may hit you, there are some things you can do to have a healthier time at that party.
Brenda Duby with United Supermarkets stopped by this week and offered a few tips to listeners. One tip from Duby is to never go to a party hungry. She suggested having a light salad before you go. Even better, be the person in charge of the salad and take it to the party.
