Lubbock Police said three children were missing and last seen on October 18.  According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the children were identified as Mariah Martinez, Jeremiah Martinez and Leimiah Martinez McGavok.

The investigator informed officers that their department had obtained a court order to remove the children, ages, 8, 5, and 2 from the parent’s custody, however, the investigator had been unable to locate the family. The parent has since been located, but the children were not with her and their whereabouts are unknown. Investigators believe the children are at risk and are asking for the public’s help in finding the three children.

Mariah was described as 8 years old, 4'2" tall, 57 pounds, Hispanic, and female.  She was described as having black hair and brown eyes.

Jeremiah was described as 5 years old, 3'5" tall, 40 pounds, Hispanic and male.  He was described as having black hair and brown eyes.

Leimiah was described as 2 years old, 2'7" tall, 25 pounds, Hispanic and female.  She was described as having black hair and brown eyes.
