As a woman, wife and mother, I think it is naturally wired in us to stay busy and make sure that everything gets done for everyone.

My day to day list is filled with errands like paying bills, getting the car serviced, taking kids here and there, straightening up the house, doctor's appointments, finding some "me" time and preparing meals for the family. My day can become so full that some days I feel as if my head begins to spin!

My husband works 8+ hours a day and constantly reminds me how it's not easy for him to break away from work to run an errand. Naturally, he is always asking for a "favor" from me to add to my to do list for the next day. Am I the only one that deals with these situations?

I'm always complaining about having to do everything, for everyone, so yesterday I decided to change things up a bit. I willingly volunteered my free time to run a couple of errands for my husband so he doesn't have to give up his weekend with my son and I. What should have only taken a couple of hours max, turned into an all-day event. I was extremely frustrated and after everything was said-and-done I told my husband, "I will never be a good wife again!"

Ladies, the struggle is real!
