According to this week’s KFYO News Gas Price Survey, the average price for regular self-serve unleaded in Lubbock is $3.10 a gallon, down 6 cents from last week.

The highest individual gas station price in Lubbock is $3.19 a gallon and the lowest we found was $3.07 a gallon.

According to the AAA Texas survey, the average price for regular self-serve unleaded in the Lone Star State is $3.17 a gallon, down 2 cents from last week.

The cheapest gas among the 11 Texas cities surveyed by AAA is in Beaumont, $3.10 a gallon.  The most expensive is El Paso, $3.26 a gallon.

Nationally, the average price is $3.33 a gallon, down 2 cents from last week.
