‘The Dining Room’ by C.A.T.S. Playhouse Opens Friday Night [INTERVIEW]

Alejandro Hernandez from C.A.T.S. Playhouse joined Lubbock First News Thursday, Sept. 10 to discuss the upcoming Lubbock show, The Dining Room.

Hernandez is an actor in the upcoming show directed by Chris Davis.

The Dining Room is a compilation of scenes that all take place in the dining room. It provides a view of the way people used to feel about a dining room and compares it to the way people view it now.

The actors in the play take on a variety of roles.

"I personally have to focus on eight different characters, each of them drastically different than the last," said Hernandez.

The Dining Room opens Friday night, September 11. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show begins at 7:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online, at the door or by phone at (806) 792-0501.

The Dining Room will be showing on September 11, 12, 18, 19, 25 and 26.
