The Chairman of the Board of LP&L Responds to Accusations

Last week on KFYO, Mayor Glen Robertson made several accusations about LP&L.  One of his

concerns was about bookkeeping.  On the Friday edition of Lubbock’s First News on KFYO, Mike Davis, the chairman of the board of  LP&L , had this reaction:

“There were some timing differences on maybe some accruals and the way some of the things might have been entered in the books.  As far as being a scandal and being fraudulent numbers, things being really grossly misstated, that’s not true.”
