Thursday on KFYO Mornings with Dave King and Matt Martin the Car Pro Jerry Reynolds joined Matt Martin and Steve Evans to talk about his test drive of the week in the Lexus Rx 350, as well as other auto industry news.

This model originally came out in 1998, but this is the first time that it has ever had a 3rd row seat available. However, this change does not come without its problems. "They lengthened it but they didn't change the wheel base, so it drives just like the regular Rx 350, but now it has, well, I might call it a questionable 3rd row seat," Jerry explained. Jerry said that the vehicle is advertised as a 7 person vehicle, but in actuality it is closer to a 5 person, 2 child vehicle. They lengthened the vehicle a little over 4 inches, and as Jerry explained, "That's just not enough room." Besides that, Jerry said that it is a well built vehicle, but nothing special.

Other stories on Jerry's website include a recent 5 million vehicle recall. Certain cars have been found to have problems with the cruise control where it cannot be deactivated, causing the driver not be able to stop the car. Another story includes the 10 coolest cars under $20,000, and a new vehicle auction house.
