The Bridge of Lubbock Summer Camp Starts July 2

A local summer camp will begin next week with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

The Bridge of Lubbock will be starting its “Bridge 2 Success” camp on Monday, July 2^nd and will be celebrating the donation of a gym floor from the Greater Southwest Rotary Club.

The ribbon cutting will take place at 2:30 p.m. in the gym of the old Posey Elementary School location at 1301 Redbud Avenue.

The camp will have sports events, educational field trips, teaching of life skills and more with donations in part from Lubbock area churches.

The theme of this year's camp is, "We are chosen" from 1 Peter 2:9.
