Texas Tech’s women’s volleyball team will close their regular season with Senior Night Saturday evening.

The Red Raiders will play against the Missouri Tigers at 7 p.m. at the United Spirit Arena on Saturday, November 27th.

The team will honor their two seniors, Amanda Dowdy and Karlyn Meyers before the match. The two are among the top players in the team’s history. Dowdy is expected to sign a professional contract to play volleyball overseas after this season, and Meyers will graduate with a degree in exercise sports sciences in December. Dowdy will complete her degree over the summer, and graduate in August 2012

Tech currently has an 18-game losing streak against the Tigers, and last beat Missouri in a 3-1 win in Lubbock on October 5th, 2002.

If the Red Raiders beat the Tigers, they will finish the season with a 16-16 record.
