Texas Tech Unveils Gerald Myers Indoor Soccer Facility

Texas Tech has unveiled their new indoor soccer facility.
The Gerald Myers Indoor Soccer Facility is directly south of the playing field at the John Walker Soccer Complex.
The 37,800 square-foot facility was completed in 165 days, and was built over the existing field turf practice fields. The building is heated and cooled, and is within walking distance of the player’s lounge, locker rooms, and coaches offices.
“The building of this facility shows the unparalleled commitment Texas Tech has for women’s soccer,” said head soccer coach Tom Stone. “It is a phenomenal facility for our team and continues to display the immense growth of our program.”
Tech is currently in their most successful season in school history, after tying the school record for wins in a single season last Sunday.
