Texas Tech to Test Emergency Sirens Tomorrow

Texas Tech University will test its emergency outdoor siren system Wednesday morning. The sirens will sound for one minute at around 10:50 am. Sirens are tested once a year and the TechAlert! systems are checked twice a year.
Texas Tech officials ask that you make sure all of your contact information is up to date so the university can send you information on dangerous weather and other important notifications regarding safety.
Any emergency updates for Texas Tech can be found at the university home page and Texas Tech Today, as well as the online Emergency Communications Center.
