Texas Tech to Host Annual Arbor Day Celebration Friday

Texas Tech will host its annual Arbor Day Celebration this week.

The event will run from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Friday, April 26^th in Memorial Circle on the Texas Tech campus.

Students, faculty, and staff will help to beautify the campus and highlight student organizations.

The celebration will feature live music by “This Century” at 11:30 a.m., and the student organization awards will begin at 12:50 p.m. Planting will begin at 1:20 p.m. and will continue until 3 p.m.
