Texas Tech Student Arrested For Kidnapping and Sexual Assault

A Texas Tech student was arrested this morning and charged with aggravated kidnapping and sexual assault following an investigation earlier this month.

KAMC 28 reports that David Watson was drinking heavily on the night of the alleged assault. The victim claims he told her if she tried to leave the house she would “be ruined.” He then allegedly recorded and photographed her while forcing her to perform sexual acts.

He is being held  under $1.5 million in bonds, which his attorney says are unreasonable and illegal.
