Texas Tech Scholarship Named After Former Texas Representative

Today a Texas Tech scholarship named after a former Texas State Representative was announced. The Delwin and Reta Jones Endowed Scholarship was announced as part of a luncheon hosted by the Lubbock Area Republican Women to honor Former representative Delwin Jones. Chris Winn, Chairman of the Lubbock County Republican Party, made the announcement.

Jones served as Texas State Representative of District 83 and has 30 years combined service as a state representative. He is an alumni of Texas Tech and helped establish the Tech Medical and Law Schools.  To donate to this scholarship, visit www.give2tech .com.
