Texas Tech Red Raider Basketball Releases 2015-16 Schedule

As the Texas Tech Red Raiders were wrapping up their Canadian Tour, the team released their 2015-16 schedule.

The Red Raiders men's basketball team will play two pre-season exhibition games on November 2 & 9. Both games are at the United Supermarkets Arena, with the game on November 2 against Concordia and the game on November 9 against West Texas A&M.

The first non-conference game will be November 13 against High Point at the USA. Then, the Red Raiders will travel to San Juan, Puerto Rico for three games on November 19-22.

The rest of the non-conference schedule is highlighted by seven consecutive home games. The homestand starts with Hawai'i on November 28 and ends with Richmond on December 29.

The Big 12 Conference opener is January 2 against Texas at the United Supermarkets Arena. The Red Raiders will play 18 conference games spread out over January, February and early March.

One final note: Texas Tech's Big 12-SEC Challenge game is Saturday, January 30 at Arkansas.

The majority of Texas Tech's Big 12 Conference games will be televised on ESPNU or ESPNews.
