Texas Tech student Amanda Robins uploaded footage of the incident to Twitter late Wednesday night.

A report from Everything Lubbock says cleanup has begun and the school is investigating how much damage has been done.

According to the report, there was a water valve that had opened up. Authorities do not know how that happened yet. There were two inches of water standing in basement of the library.
