Two Texas Tech women’s golfers have earned another honor.

Gabby Dominguez and Kim Kaufman have received another All-American honor, this time being named to the honorable mention team by Golfweek Magazine.

This marks the second All-American accolade for the duo this season, after the National Golf Coaches Association also named them to the honorable mention squad immediately following the NCAA Championships.

Kaufman and Dominguez finished tied for eighth at the NCAA championships, putting an end to the best two individual seasons in school history. It was the highest finish for any Tech player at the national tournament.

Texas Tech was the only Big 12 School to have multiple players represented on the teams as a total of six conference student-athletes made one of the publication’s four squads.

The highest rated player in the conference was Chirapat Jao-Javanil of Oklahoma.

Dominguez finished the season with a 72.8 stroke average, and Kaufman finished with a 73.0 stroke average.
