Texas Tech athletics has finished several Big 12 and NCAA regional match-ups.

The Texas Tech track and field team wrapped up the last day of the Big 12 championship on Sunday, May 14th, with 19 All-Big 12 honors, a conference champion, and an all-time school record.

Benard Keter staked a claim for his second BIG 12 title of the weekend, in the 5,000-meter race.

In two weeks, the Red Raiders will head to Austin for the NCAA West Preliminaries, beginning on May 25th.

The 6th ranked Women’s Tennis team at Tech has  advanced to the NCAA Sweet 16 for the third straight year, after defeating Denver 4-1.

The Lady Raiders, currently 26-4 overall for the year, broke the school record for most team wins in a single season.

The Raiders head to Athens, Georgia on Friday, May 19th, for the NCAA Division I Championships.

Texas Tech Softball closed its season with a 1-0 shutout victory over Iowa State on Saturday at the ASA Hall of Fame Stadium Complex.

With the win, the Lady Raiders earn a fifth-place finish at the BIG 12 Championship after dropping a pair of games in pool play to Texas and Oklahoma. This is head coach Adrian Gregory’s first win at the Big 12 Championship.
