In a discussion today Texas U.S. Senator John Cornyn covered several issues facing Texas and the Nation. Among those subjects was that of the National Debt. Listen to the sound-byte to hear Cornyn's stance on raising the debt ceiling.

During the discussion, he also addressed whether or not he considers immigration reform equal to amnesty.

He also says immigration policies shouldn't be allowed to damage trade relations between Texas and Mexico.

However he, like many others, had no definitive answer to whether or not Perry would run.
