Texas Man Arrested for Threatening to Shoot Up School for Deaf

Thirty-year-old Andre Dwayne Williams was arrested for making a terroristic threat.

According to KVUE, Williams was communicating with a student though a video and he signed that he was going to shoot up the school. Williams also said he doesn't "play games" and has three guns.

Williams is a former student of the school. Police said Williams made the threats after he broke up with his girlfriend.

He has been charged for making a terroristic threat, which is a third degree felony.
