Texas Gas Prices May 1-7

Texas gas prices have dropped down 3 cents from last week throughout the state.
The statewide gas price average in Texas is $2.21 for a gallon of regular unleaded fuel, according to the AAA Texas Weekend Gas Watch. Drivers in Galveston are paying the most on average at $2.28 per gallon while drivers in Amarillo and Texarkana are paying the least at $2.10 per gallon.

The national average price for a gallon of regular unleaded is $2.37 which is three cents less than last week.
