The Texas Comptroller’s Office will offer assistance to business owners regarding their State tax questions.

Seminars will be conducted across Texas to help taxpayers learn how to properly fill out tax forms, file, and pay taxes electronically.

Information about e-services will also be available to help business owners manage their accounts online.

“We want to empower Texas business owners by making resources and information accessible,” said R.J. DeSilva, a spokesman for the comptroller’s office. “Conducting these seminars and making our team of tax specialists available provides much needed guidance for businesses.”

The seminar in Lubbock will be held Monday, April 9th at the Lubbock Small Business Development Center, located at 2579 South Loop 289, Suite 114. The event will run from 6 to 8 p.m.

Midland’s seminar will be held on Thursday, April 12th at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin Small Business Development Center auditorium, located at 1400 North FM 1788 from 6 to 8 p.m.

A complete list of the taxpayer seminars can be found here.
