Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott to Visit Lubbock July 17th

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott will be in Lubbock next week.

Abbott will visit the Hub City on Wednesday, July 17^th at 10:30 a.m. at the American Wind Power Center, located at 1701 Canyon Lakes Drive.

The meet-and-greet event will be free and open to the public.

Abbott has served as Texas attorney general since 2002, and was a justice on the Texas Supreme Court prior to that.

He has been widely regarded as a potential candidate for the Republican nomination for Texas Governor, but has not formally announced any intentions to run for the position as of yet.
