Texas Association of Business Annual Conference to Feature Rick Perry, Other Officeholders

The annual conference of a notable Texas organization will be held this week.

The Texas Association of Business Annual Conference will begin on Wednesday afternoon in Austin, and will conclude on Thursday morning.

Statewide officeholders such as Texas Governor Rick Perry, Lt. Governor David Dewhurst, and House Speaker Joe Straus will speak at the event.

San Antonio U.S. Congressman Joaquin Castro will also discuss immigration reform with TAB President and CEO Bill Hammond.

Panel discussions with legislative leaders on issues such as education, healthcare, water, workforce demographics, and transportation will also be held.

The event will be held at AT&T Conference Center, located at 1900 University Avenue in Austin.
