On Monday's edition of Lubbock's First News, Tennessee Titans defensive coordinator and Lubbock native Jerry Gray talked with Chad Hasty and Rex Andrew about an upcoming golf tournament and sports auction.

The 2012 Jerry Gray Foundation Golf Tournament and Sports Collectible Auction is a 4-player scramble golf tournament starting at noon on June 30th at the Rawls Golf Course. After the tournament, there will be an auction of all sorts of sports memorabilia.  Gray said that one of the big-ticket items for the auction will be an autographed jersey from Texas Tech alumni and NEw England Partiots recevier Wes Welker, along with items autographed by Micheal Crabtree, Tony Romo, and others. Registration is $100 per player, and all proceeds from the event will go to provide scholarships for Texas Tech students.
