Texas Tech’s Health Sciences Center has been named among the nation’s top nursing and allied health sciences graduate programs by a national publication.

U.S. News and World Report ranked the HSC’s School of Nursing 64th out of 509 U.S. nursing schools that offer master’s programs.

The TTUHSC School of Allied Health Sciences’ rehabilitation counseling program was also ranked 56 out of 96 programs nationwide, and their Speech-Language Pathology program was ranked 60th out of 262 around the nation.

TTUHSC President Tedd L. Mitchell, M.D. said that “This honor brings well-deserved attention to our schools of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences and the institution.”
