Teacher on the Rise Honors Educators on the South Plains [AUDIO]

On the Friday edition of Lubbock's First News, Jerry Curerton of Mrs. Baird's Bread and Donna Corbin of the Texas Classroom Teacher's Association talked about the Teacher on the Rise program.

Students can nominate their teachers for the Teacher on the Ride award at MrsBTeacher.com. Students that nominate a winning teacher will receive a $50 VISA Gift Card and the winning teachers will receive a prize package worth at least $200.
