An Outdoor Makeover package valued at more than $10,000 will also be given away at the event.
The 16 featured homes range in price from $170 thousand to $650 thousand, and will be open for touring from 1 to 5 p.m. this Saturday and Sunday.
Three neighborhoods will be featured for touring – Bacon Crest, Canyons at Cooper Ridge and Fountain Hills Estates.
A brand new home was presented to veteran Army Spc. Louis Flores and his family from the Lubbock Homes for Heroes charity and the West Texas Home Builders Association this morning
Army Specialist Louis Flores and his family will be presented with their completed and furnished mortgage-free home, which is being featured in the 2012 Parade of Homes.
Sponsored by the West Texas Home Builders Association, this year’s Parade of Homes will feature homes in three neighborhoods, including Bacon Crest, the Canyons at Cooper Ridge, and Fountain Hills Estates.
23 homes are available to view on the tour, a majority of which are located in southwest Lubbock. The final day for the tour is Sunday.
