Former Lubbock City Councilman John Leonard Issues Statement Concerning the Now-Ended FBI Investigation

An almost 4-year long investigation of the City of Lubbock by the FBI is over.

Lubbock Mayor Tom Martin states the investigation is closed and that no charges will be filed in the matter.  During the FBI raid at city hall in May of 2008, the FBI seized computers, hard drives and documents from the city.
