Texas Tech University will host the 57th annual Carol of Lights Tuesday, December 1.

Stephanie Rhode, Spirit Program Director at Texas Tech, joined Lubbock's First News on KFYO Monday morning to introduce the 54th Masked Rider Rachel McLelland.
