There has been a lot of talk lately about term limits in congress. Last year, Ted Cruz reintroduced legislation that would give term limits to members of congress in the United States. Why should we stop at the national level if term limits are a good thing? Shouldn’t we look to have them at the local and state level as well?

"My concern is, when you mention sort of the politics, is that we don't overreact, but that we let these investigations play out, and then we parse through from A to Z every way we can to prevent these, but also look deep at the root causes. Because it's real easy to look towards the inanimate objects of violence and hatred, and that's what this was, pure hate in El Paso. Ideologically extremist views, racially motivated, it appears. But we've got to go deeper and look at our society and our culture and say what's driving this at its core?," Arrington said.
