Two brother face sexual exploitation and capital murder charges in San Antonio as prosecutors seek the death penalty.

32-year-old Conrad Ochoa and 37-year-old Baron Ochoa have been indicted on capital murder counts in the deaths of Conrad’s 10-year-old Daughter, Samvastion “Sammie” Ochoa, her 29-year-old mother, Rebecca “Veggie” Gonzalez, and their 41-year-old roommate, Pamela Wenske

Conrad and Baron, who were charged with possession of child pornography and continuous sexual abuse of a child, stabbed Conrad’s daughter and the two women to death a few days before the brothers faced their charges for sexually abusing the young girl
