Sen. Robert Duncan will become the new chancellor of the Texas Tech University System

A press release from Texas Tech says that after the Board of Regents meets in executive session, the meeting will reopen and a motion will be made to officially hire Robert Duncan as chancellor of the Texas Tech System.
