Westbound frontage road traffic will only be able to travel south on Buddy Holly to 9th Street where motorists will connect with northbound Avenue L or Avenue Q to access the freeway.

Avenue A at Marsha Sharp Freeway Will Close Wednesday, New Northbound I-27 Exit Ramp to 4th to Open
