Officers found a badly beaten victim in the alley and saw the suspect vehicle fleeing the scene just before 12:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Officers were called to the Fountain Apartments at 5001 Chicago around 10:20 p.m. Sunday after a witness saw two men reportedly burglarizing a vehicle.
The suspect left the Walmart location on the Marsha Sharp Freeway on October 6th, 2013 at around 7:35 a.m. with a laptop that he did not purchase.
Around 5 a.m. Wednesday, one person drove eastbound on 50th Street and then southbound on Slide Road while the other person reportedly shot a BB gun at passing business and vehicle windows.
According to police, a black male suspect wearing a hoodie approached the victim, who was seated outside of his apartment.
On October 25th, 2004, Tammy Cooper and her three young children were found murdered in their home at 512 N. MLK. The family had been stabbed and beaten to death. No suspect has been identified as of yet.
