The suspect left the Walmart location on the Marsha Sharp Freeway on October 6th, 2013 at around 7:35 a.m. with a laptop that he did not purchase.

According to Lubbock Police, 31-year-old Audrey Pena reportedly stabbed 27-year-old Gabriel Pena in the left side of his body using a knife.
