Trucker Charged in Murder of Stephanie Williams
54- year-old Kenneth Ray Dunn was arrested in Lancaster, Texas around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday for the murder of 43-year-old Stephanie Williams, whose body was found in Lubbock on January 25th.
