Mayor Glen Robertson will join Chad Hasty at 9:35am Thursday.
On Friday's edition of Lubbock's First News, Lubbock Mayor Glen Robertson talked with Tom Collins and Laura Mac about the latest coming out of city council.
This means that the owners of a $100,000 home will pay $12.30 more in property taxes to the City of Lubbock over last year.
A local blogger has stirred some controversy regarding five Lubbock City Council members attending a Texas Tech football game in the box of Chancellor Kent Hance.
The Chad Hasty Show airs 8:30-11am on 790AM KFYO. Listen online at kfyo.com and on your phone with the radioPup App.
Robertson will hear questions and comments from citizens at the event.
The proposed tax rate is 1.23 cents higher than last year’s rate, meaning that if the rate is ultimately approved, a Lubbock homeowner with a $100,000 home would pay another $12.30 in property taxes.
