Christian Castro, the 21-year-old Lubbock man who was once a person of interest in the murder of Mark Ysasaga, has now been arrested twice in the same week.

Christian Castro has been arrested for the second time this year by Lubbock Police for allegedly assaulting his pregnant girlfriend.

The first indictment has been made against a suspect in the Mark Ysasaga murder case in Lubbock.
