Suspect Surrenders to Police Following Overnight Stabbing Outside Club in Central Lubbock

A man suspected of stabbing another person at a club late last night has turned himself in to police.
22-year-old Aaron Rolen was stabbed outside of the Silver Bullet Club, located in the 5100 block of Aberdeen Avenue around 1:30 Monday morning.
Lubbock police say that Rolen suffered a stab wound to the face, after intervening in a fight where a man was reportedly assaulting a woman.
Rolen was taken to an area hospital, and is expected to recover. No word yet on the identity of the suspect.
