You've seen them in Downtown Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York City. Supergraphic signs are one of the big things to do in downtown areas. Here in Lubbock, developer Delbert McDougal is looking to change the 40 year old sign code for Downtown Lubbock in order for certain buildings in Downtown to display these signs. The signs or advertisements could be as tall as 450 feet high. The planning and zoning commission denied the change which means it would take 6 votes by the City Council to overturn the decision.

What do you think should happen? Would you be okay with supergraphic signs in Downtown Lubbock?
