State Rep. Charles Perry Endorses Jim Landtroop in HD 88 GOP Runoff

Texas State Representative Charles Perry today officially announced his endorsement of State Representative Jim Landtroop in the GOP runoff for District 88.

In his endorsement, Perry spoke of working together with Landtroop in the Legislature to cut government spending, balance the budget and pass Voter ID.

Landtroop accepted the endorsement saying, "I am humbled to receive the endorsement of my friend Charles Perry. Charles and I often stood back to back taking on both political parties to do what was best for West Texas."

Landtroop is being challenged by Ken King from Canadian in the HD 88 runoff.  Early voting for the Primary Runoffs runs July 23-27 and Election Day is Tuesday, July 31. KFYO will have complete coverage of the Primary Runoffs on July 31 with an extended edition of Pratt on Texas.
