South Plains College Earns Test Center Certification

The testing center at an area college has received a national certification.

The South Plains College Testing Center has been awarded Test Center Certification by the National College Testing Association.

SPC’s Testing Center is one of the first test centers in the United States and Canada to have completed the intensive certification process, according to a press release from the school.

The certification is awarded to centers that meet the NCTA Professional Standards and Guidelines criteria.

SPC touts that Juli Wood, coordinator of the Testing Center, Linda Young, disabilities accommodation specialist, and Becky Arant, testing assistant, are recognized for maintaining high test administration standards and providing excellent service.
