Six Suspected Illegals dead and Nine Injured in Kingsville after Ramming a Barrier During Police Chase

Six suspected illegal immigrants died and nine were injured when their vehicle rammed a barrier while they were running from police in Kingsville.

The crash occurred just inside the entrance guard positions at Naval Air Station Kingsville.

According to the Naval Air Station Kingsville spokesman, Jon Gagne, guards attempted to greet the vehicle as it approached the base entrance, but the driver sped past without stopping.

The guards engaged popup vehicle barriers inside the base, but the vehicle rammed them.

The vehicle had been running from Kingsville police at the time of the collision.

The victims have not yet been identified and the status of those injured has not yet been released.
