A Christmas activity will highlight how the holiday was celebrated in the United States during World War II.

The Silent Wings Museum will present Foxhole Christmas on Saturday, December 15th from 4 to 6 p.m.

Participants are welcome to make Christmas treats, ornaments, and other decorations as they were used in the 1940s.

Those taking part are able to take home everything they make, and parents and grandparents are welcome to join their kids.

Registration for the event is required by Thursday, December 13th at 5 p.m. Foxhole Christmas is intended for those ages 12 and up. The cost is $7 to participate.
