Should You Have To Get A Permit To Give Food To The Homeless? [POLL]

It's been the big topic in Lubbock the past day or so. Should the city require people to get a permit in order to serve food to the homeless? It all started Monday when a local couple cooked food at their home and went out to serve it to the homeless. Apparently, someone in the neighborhood didn't like this very much and called the city health inspectors. Inspectors went out and shut down the operation.
