Should Texas Lawmakers Pass a New Ban on Texting While Driving? [POLL]

For the third time in a row, Texas State Representative Tom Craddick has filed legislation that would ban texting while driving in the state. Yesterday more than 30 families met with lawmakers urging them to pass a ban on texting. A previous effort to ban texting while driving in Texas was vetoed by Governor Rick Perry and many believe that Governor Abbott would veto similar legislation.
